Product Introduction
SSF-AF anthracene superplasticizer is one of our main products. It has better comprehensive performance than pure naphthalene series. The executive standard is GB8076-2008, GB/T8077-2000 and GB18588-2001
Product feature
1. Water-reducing rate: 14～20%; 14～20% improving by 40～80%; better tensile and long-term strength;
2. Improving slumps by 10 cm at same condition; better long-term strength and pumpability;
3. Saving cement by 15% or above;
4.Gas content is improved by 1～2.5%; better freezing resistance, anti-permeability and etc.
5.can be used in steaming concrete;
6. No bad influence on concrete and no corroding on reinforcing steel bar.
Product use
1. Concrete of high early strength, pump concrete and so on;
2.Steaming concrete and so on;
3.Lower standard grade cement to produce high strength concrete.
Application method and notice
Mixing amount is 0.25～1.2% and recommended amount is 0.7～1.0% or according to practical condition;
Please do testing before the first use of this product.
Please strictly control of water dosage.
Packing and storage
1. The product is non-toxic. It is stored by plastic woven bag. Net weight is 25kg or 40kg;
2.Pay attention to moisture proof in transportation and storage;
3.It should be stored in ventilated, dry warehouse. Storage period is one year.
